You are very sad about the death of your grandfather ________. He recently died quite suddenly and without a will, so that everything goes to your father, his only son. However, your parents do not want the house as they are happy where they are. So, they’ve given it to you. Baby #4 is on the way, so you’re thankful for a larger house.
