I think you've gotten a lot of good suggestions. I myself, however, would avoid any middle name which is also a common word, because of the problem of Ophelia sounding like "Oh, feel your..." and making a bad pun with the middle name. So Rose, Winter, and Iris would sound odd to me as middle names with Ophelia. "Ophelia Winter" sort of sounds like a comment on the weather. :)
