Dinah is dy-na and Dina is Dee-na like Dina Carroll, the singer.Dinah is old-fashioned but I think it gets used occasionally. I know of a teenage Dinah.Completely off-topic, I have never heard the expression "anywhere here else" and have to say it's confusing!
