I like Sarah because that is the spelling that Sarai in the Bible got her name changed to by God (it means Princess). Sarai means contentious...definitely not as good. Sara is a derivative of Sarah I know, but without the H it doesn't seem like the same name.
I know quite a few Sarah/Sara's- two are nurses that I work with at my job. One spells it Sara while the other spells it Sarah. I know another gal their age that spells it Sarah, also.
