Welcome Georgina, Petra, Kefilwe, Lindiwe, Nkosazana, Rachel, and Ada!
Georgina Anna is a 6-year-old girl from Cape Town, South Africa. She has brown hair and green eyes. She is a white South African. Her parents abandoned her and her sister. She likes dolls and animals. She speaks Afrikaans.
Petra Xandra is Georgina's 3-year-old sister. She has blond hair and green eyes. She likes dolls and coloring.
Kefilwe and Lindiwe are twin 1-year-old girls from rural South Africa. They have black hair and black eyes. Their mother, Ntokozo, was infected with AIDS and died. The girls don't have the disease. They like crawling and laughing. They understand Zulu, their mother's language.
Nkosazana is a 4-year-old girl from rural South Africa. She has black hair and black eyes. Her parents neglected her, so she was taken away. Nkosazana appears to have Asperger's syndrome. She likes food and playing. She speaks Xhosa.
Rachel Mary is a newborn girl from Johannesburg, South Africa. She has no hair and blue eyes. Her parents were also neglectful. She has no definite interests yet.
Ada Nicole is a 6-year-old girl from Cape Town, South Africa. She has black hair and black eyed. She is biracial. Her parents died in a railroad accident. She is a shy girl who likes singing and drawing.

Thanks!
The girls are adjusting nicely. They are all learning English.
Georgina, Ada and our biological daughter Kate have become very good friends. They share a large bedroom and they all go to the same school. Ada has started singing lessons and seems to enjoy it even thoug she is very shy. Georgina would like to have a pet, and we are going to get her a kitten for her 7th birthday if she promises to take care of it.
Petra is also doing great. She likes to play with doll house with Kefilwe and Lindiwe. The twins are learning to walk and talk. They are curious little girls who laugh a lot.
Nkosazana who goes by her nickname "Zana" has learned English very quickly. She has difficulties relating other kids because she has Asperger's, but we believe that having seven sisters will benefit her. She likes to play with her building blocks and helping mommy and daddy in the kitchen.
Rachel is a calm and happy baby who enjoys getting attention from her new parents and seven big sisters. All of the older girls love to help us to take care of "Baby Rae".
When the girls are older, we are going to visit in South Africa because we don't want the girls to forget where they came from.
