[Opinions] Re: Star
I can die happy knowing there is a fictional Stargret out there!I really enjoy long-winded mashup names that look old fashioned. Greteliese is great! Also Liselotte, Hannelore, Belphoebe, Christabel, etc. They just immediately make me think of fairy story heroines.

The lovely lady christabel, whom her father loves so well - what makes she in the woods so late, a furlong from the castle gate? She had dreams all yesternight of her own betrothed knight, and she in the midnight wood will pray for the wael of her lover that's far away...Samuel Taylor Coleridge was acutely sensitive to phonetics in general and believed that his name was the ugliest possible combination of sounds. The other characters in Christabel (that I've encountered) are Leoline the father and Geraldine the freaky ass villain. The most beautiful combination of sounds was "Susquehanna."

At one time I read something that stated what Samuel Taylor Coleridge's favorite female names were, but I've forgotten where I read it and what they were. I'm consistently sad because of my negligence in not writing it down.

I love all of those too. I would totally use Liselotte but I don't think E would go for it!I wrote a story with a Christabel in it when I was a teenager. She was a princess who became a sorceress, I think. *fond eyeroll*

Every time I see "Stargret" I have to do a double take to make sure it doesn't say "Stargate".. ;P
