Elvis is a hugely famous character and everybody recognizes the name Elvis Presley. To name a child Presley is the same as naming him Elvis. People will associate the name with Elvis whether that's what you intended or not.
Now, if that is what you want - go for it! lol It's not a bad name in and of itself.
