Cerian isn't used much now but it had a little popularity surge in the 80s & 90s - over 200 born since 1984, apparently.
Iestyn is more of a Welsh classic, or has been since the early 1900s. I did a chart of all the Welsh names in the UK birth data for 2010 and it came 13th, so still going strong!
