I'm not very familiar with the whole One Direction thing, so I'm not sure if Niall would be associated with it. I like the name when pronounced NEE-al, but not NIE-al.
Nile is okay, but it would be better on a boy. And maybe in the middle name spot.
Cloud is nice for a fictional character or something, but I don't think it's usable on a real person.
