Actually today I heard a little girl who was about 4 being called Rachel. Unexpected and refreshing.

I met a two-year-old Heather in 2007. She was born in 2005, when Heather had fallen to #300. I thought her name was so passe, but not refreshing. How could it seem refreshing when I knew no fewer than five young adult women named Heather?
