I like it. Lyta isn't obvious but it's not a stretch either. The obvious ones to me would be Hippa (too close to hippo-- obviously it's "horse" but everyone would think "hippopotamus" and therefore "fat") or Poly/Polly (doesn't really work because it's a totally different style).
