I would rather use Percival than Perseus or Percy. Percy on its own reminds me of how I prefer Quentin and Quintus to Quincy.

Florence is passable for a boy because it sounds so much like Laurence and Florian. I don't love it for either gender but do prefer it as feminine.

The 4th one. Percy, Cedric, Irene
Or Percy and a tree name like Willow, Rowan, or Hazel
