Separately, they're okay. Mia sounds girly while Andie sounds more tomboyish. I wouldn't put them together.
They both work as full names, although I prefer the look of Andy.
Maybe Miabelle and Andrea?
Mia Rochelle and Andie Teagen?

I agree, Andie is more tomboyish..I hadn't really noticed at first, but then I ended up thinking about it and created a poll for boy nicknames for girls with long full names: https://www.behindthename.com/polls/444889
