I like both and if I had to use one myself I'd pick Ashmond because I tend to avoid names I associate with the Bible. But Ashmond could seem kind of surnamey / snooty at first glance, so if you were trying to pick one and liked both the same, I'd lean toward Asher because people will react less negatively. If you figure he'll be called Ash anyway, Ashmond is at least more memorable/remarkable. I like it, although I think it is a tad hard to say.
