[Facts] What does my name mean?

I have been trying to find out and I have no clue.....My dad says that it is a Persian name, but I want to know its real meaning......it is a female name......

There is a Yugoslavian Sanja, which means "to dream".

It could be a simple variation of Sonia, or it could be related to Sanna. But a variation of Sonia is my best guess.:-)
