I love Keturah, it's different and interesting and spunky. There was a very nice Keturah in my sister's ballet school a few years ago, which is how I encountered it.I like Keturah nn Ket (same as the girl at ballet lol).

Ket is a great nickname!

I like it in theory, but whenever I see it or say it, I just think of ketchup (catsup). :-/

Keturah is one of my favorites. Not only does the name seem eager (I think it's those hard consonants followed by "aaah") as it's spoken, there's an earthy feeling I get from it - organic, natural, but w/o being a "nature" name. It also has a slightly exotic feel to me, as well.

That's what I like. It's exotic to me without being all trendy or tryndeigh (even worse). I used to think it was some weird, modern, made-up name, but after exploring its history, I really like it.

I like it, it has a pretty sound and is uncommon without being completely weird.

I think it is quite nice.

Keturah is different but I like it. I used to know a beautiful little girl at church by the name so I have a positive association with Keturah.

I was thinking Kerah, which I've heard used.I guess Kat and Kitty would also be options... but my first cat was named Kitty, so that kind of nixes that for me.
