First I have to say that Theodore is a fantastic choice. It's one of my favorite names. :-) You really couldn't go wrong with Victoria or Diana, but I personally prefer Diana. It's elegant and uncommon enough to be different, but not strange. I don't care much for the nicknames Tori or Vicky for Victoria anyway.
