After their wedding, Aurelien and Liadan honeymooned in both the Spanish and French Basque Country, taking in the culture and the beautiful sights. They especially fell in love with the village of Ainhoa, the last stop on their tour, with beautiful little houses and a breathtaking beach and views of the Pyrenees. They had a particularly passionate night there, and a few weeks after they get back, Liadan feels dizzy, tired, and nauseous. Thinking she had caught a bug or eaten some bad food, she went to the doctor, who confirmed that she was pregnant! Aurelien and Liadan were surprised--Liadan was on birth control and they hadn't planned on having children for a while--but were nonetheless excited to be parents. Exactly on her due date, Liadan gave birth to a baby girl named after the village they loved so much, although they were never quite sure if she was concieved there.
