I can definitely see why you prefer the spelling
Maude. :) The extra 'E' is admittedly a bit too frilly for me. I think there was once a time in which I preferred the '
Maude' spelling but somewhere along the way, the 'E' got dropped.
Of the names you've listed, I like
Maud Victoire and
Maud Georgina, though I'm not too quick to ignore
Maud Faustina, being a fan of von Göthe's
Faust.
