I prefer Eve. I think its simplicity makes it stunning. It's elegant and understated.
I never know how to pronounce Eva. Is it pronounced like Ava or is it like Eve with an a at the end? And if it's the first, Ava is easier and if it is the second, it looks like an unnecessary "dressing up" of Eve.
