Some of them are used in the US. Rosa definitely has a Hispanic feel to me, but I do feel like a Italian person could be Rosa.
Cinzia is gorgeous. Its probably my favorite out of all of those. I prefer it to Cynthia now.
I kind of like the Z sound in names I guess. Patrizia is also nice in that way. Patricia sounds sort of old ladyish.
