This is my favourite spelling - it's more complete than Gwendolyn and Gwendolen. In fact, out of the three spellings, Gwendoline is the most used in my country (although it is a really, really rare name here...).
I only like Gwen as a nickname. Wendy seems more like a standalone name.
In Spanish it's mostly pronounced gwen-do-LEEN, however in Latin American Spanish it's sometimes pronounced like in English.
