Yas to rhyme with "as" and mine like "mean". (jæz.min)
I would only use mɪn if it was Yasmin instead of Yasmine. But for Jasmine I would use mɪn because of the English word for the flower uses that syllable (despite how e on the end would normally make the i long.)
