Jiblet sounds like a Pokémon.. I'm glad it's just a nickname.
The only thing that makes sense is a name with a hard G or a J in it, like Goergia > Jibby > Jiblet or Virginia > Gibby > Jiblet. Juliet, Jeanette, Janelle, etc. would work, too.
