I like those nicknames more than the actual names. I'd love to meet twins called Kester and Kit. I wouldn't use them together though, because that's too many "k" sounds.

Unimportant pet peeve: the nicknames derive from the same name... siblings named Lizzy and Betty would bother me, too.

Seems rather "upper crust British" at first glance to me.

I like Kester and Kit! Christopher and Katrina are a bit boring in comparison.

Not being a fan of most diminutives anyway, can't say this changes my mind. Love both names as they are, never saw a need to 'cutify' them.

Christopher is a handsome name and Katrina is gorgeous. As for the nicknames, I like Kit as a nickname for Katrina, but dislike "Kester" for Christopher. It reminds me too much of other names that I enjoy, like Hester and Chester; I'd use "Chris" or "Toph" for Christopher. Kit is such a cool nickname for Katrina, though!!

Omg I love that! Kester and Kit are so spunky! I adore Kit sm.

I like Kester better as a full name. Christopher can be risky: there is one in my extended family who was for years known as Stiffer, or that was what it sounded like. I like Katrina very much, and don't think it needs a nn, though Kit the Kat is cute.
