Fascinating - this type of name:
Navrátil - he returned
Musil - he had to(?)
Dostál - he kept his word
Doležal - he had a rest
Stojespal - slept standing
Pospišil he hurried
Vyskočil - jumped out
Nevčerel - got no supper
I should add that I don't know Czech, so the translations are as I read them.
