I would say Peycheva and Paisieva are closest to the originals. I also think Peitseva is a different name than Peicheva et al, so that might be a wrong transliteration.
On Gimatova/Guimatova and Gizikova/Guizikova -- I believe both versions are right, as long as you realize that the extra "u" is there to signify that the "g" is pronounced as in "gag" and not as in "John"
