I too, am curious about the Madrilejos since my grandmother on my father's side was a Madrilejos from Romblon, Philippines. And it's her family origins that I wish to track. If you have any info, kindly email me at mluarcareyes@gmail.com. My dad, Jose Madrilejos Luarca passed away at 90 in 2006.
