the series I mentioned before "my secret identity" also had a character with this interesting surname... anyone knows its etymology? it sounds German and related to the surname "Bach"

The character's name is Ruth Schellenbach and the surname comes from a placename in Saarland and Bayern which apparently means 'swamp brook'.

yeah that is the character (I was investigating on the sieres becuase I am kinda nostalgic and I was surprised by the unusual surname) thanks! :D
