I am a 24 year old Black female looking to know what my last name means. My family is a real ethnic mix. We are Cherokee, Caucasians from the UK *about 5 generations back*, Puerto Rican, and a bunch of other stuff as well.
Also, I am looking for information on my boyfriend's last name, Kakaire. It looks French. He is Ugandan. I'd like to know what both our last names mean, so I know if I am better off keeping my name or taking his when we get married in 2 years.
Any information that someone can shed on my last name would be great.
