This can be for MacConnla or O Coinnghaile, both patronymics. "Son of Connla", whose name may incorporate a word meaning "high." "Descendant of Connghaile, the conn may mean "high", or it may mean something else: the ghaille part may derive from a word meaning "foreigner" or "stranger."
Even if these stabs at partial translation are correct they are pretty meaningless. Best to say they are old Irish personal names whose meaning is lost in the mists of time.
