Pugh, Beck, Hale ...
Does anyone have any information on the surnames Pugh, Hale & Beck.
I've seen that Beck is German for "Baker", but I have also seen that it may be Scandinavian for "Brook".
Hale may possibly mean "Hero" in Old English.
