Has anyone heard of the last name Titmas

My mothers maiden name is Titmas and I have never found anyone with that last name. It must be really uncommon. I wish Titmas was my last name as I have an extremely common lastname, Williams. If you know what the last name means or know anyone with it I'd love to know! Thanks!

It's a variation on Titmouse, a sort of bird.
