Alfrink means "from Alfert's farm". Alfert comes from Alfhard which is composed of alf- ("elf") and -hard ("strong").Scillebeeckx could also mean "Schel's brook" in which Schel is a firstname from Scalco which was short for Godschalk. No certainty on that though.
