It means "little reader". Pronounced "hah-dah-czek"

Oops! I forgot to add what the name was! The Surname is Hadacek!

Not absolutely sure about this, but one Czech dictionary I've consulted gives for hadac (hádaè) the translation, "fortune teller, soothsayer". The -ek ending is a diminutive or patronymic ending, i.e., "little X" or "descendant of X". I suggest further enquiry before accepting the above as a likely explanation.
