My maiden name is Theodosiou. I believe it's either French or Greek. I can't find the origin and meaning of it anywhere. Can anybody tell me the origin and meaning of Theodosiou ?

It is Greek. It is the genitive of 'Theodosius'. Thus, its meaning is 'the child of Theodosius'.
