Was there royalty in the earliest Stritch in Ireland? (I don't know who the first Stritch was, if someone knows please tell me) In my record stock, My family goes back to a mayor of Limerick in the early 1400's but I've seen records that show people with the same surname earlier than that in Ireland.

I would regard this as a genealogical query, and not about surname meanings.
