What is the meaning of the Indian surnames Kochuparampil, Kollamparampil and Pulickal?

It looks to me like these names are associated with the old Christian communities of Kerala, but you probably knew that already. I don't know how to refer to them - Malabar Christians, St. Thomas Christians?
I'm guessing that these are surnames from place-names, village of origin possibly. Certainly Pulickal is a Keralan place-name, and Kollam is too. Parimpil also appears to be locative.
