Two names & one other question.
I'm looking for the meanings of "Pentland" and "Tomlin". Unfortunately I do not know much about my family's backgorund. I've been told that the majority of the Pentland side of my family hails from Scotland. I know next to nothing about the Tomlin side. Any help would be much appreciated :)As for my other question, I'm wondering who I should contact about making spelling corrections in the definitions/descriptions. While browsing the English surnames two errors caught my eye - the first in the definition for "Knight", that starts off 'Krom', which I assume is meant to say 'From'. The second mistake is in the description for "Pryor", '... fro a prior', which obviously must be 'for a prior'. If these mistakes are picked up here and corrected, great, if I need to contact anyone to let them know, let me know! :)Thanks in advance for any help!
