I have a question about the surname "Pisciotti". The only thing I know about it is that it is Italian. I've never met anyone with the last name outside of family members, and nobody knows anything about it. I guess I was just wondering if anyone on here knows anything or anyone with the last name Pisciotti?

This surname is now quite rare in Italy. you can find it mainly in Calabria region or around Naples.
In southern italian dialects the word for fish has quite often been "pisci" or "pisce" so this surname has only partially italianized.
