What is the origin of the surname Sjoglen? I have no information. Thank you.

If the lastname really is Sjögren as Marc suggests then I can give you the meaning. Sjö means lake and gren means branch (as in tree branch) in Swedish.

The only thing I can find that comes close to this is the Swedish surname Sjögren.
