Balloum
It's a Tunisian woman's surname, with Kabyle origins I think. I don't have much hope but do you have any hints about its origin or meaning? Thanks. :)

There is a place in Tunisia called Sidi Belloume, which is also spelt Sidi Balum and Sidi Balloum. As Sidi is a title meaning "my lord", I take it that Belloum is a male given name, possibly the name of a holy man with a shrine or place of pilgrimage in the area.
Baloum/Balum does seem to be a forename of both males and females of Muslim origin, and a surname also. Beyond that I dare not venture.

I don't know how common it is actually. Well, Sidi Balloum is a a track, I wondered if it could come from latin too...Thanks for your help!

I think a latin origin highly unlikely. You might find something googling "Berber Names", "Tunisian names", or similar. If you can do the same in French that might open things out.

That's what I did first, but my results weren't much different from yours. I think I read something somewhere a long time ago about some -um ending names in Tunisia coming from latin. I do think it's very unlikely but given the history of Tunisia, it wouldn't have been totally nonsensical either.
