It's actually "Weinger," which I imagine would be pronounced something like "WINE-ger" in English.

If it's German, it's Weigner as you can see at tinyurl.com/y8w6ovaw. Weinger is a Jewish name and there's nobody listed by that name in Germany at the present time.
