It is a Russified form of Hannolainen (source: https://www.tuomas.salste.net/suku/nimi/hannolainen.html). I don't have a source for the etymology, but it seems pretty straightforward: it is probably a diminutive of the given name Hanno, a short form of Johannes (and variant of the more common Hannu).
