Re: Bure?
"Буре (корт, кашкар) — название некоторых башкирских родов, к примеру у племён Усерган, Ельдяк, восходящее к тотему волка"
"Bure (kort, kashkar) — name of some bashkir families, for example in tribes Usergan, Eldyak, from wolf totem"
https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%91%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B5_(%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B4)It also can be grammatical form of буря (burya) "storm".I do not know which surname is from or if from either.Pronounouced BOO-ryeh.https://forebears.io/surnames/bure - i do not often use forebears because it has errors, but shows bearers in russia, many in and around bashkortostan but also elsewhereI will get Ukraine data later. I get ukraine name information from ridni and ridni broke it will not load. will respond again when ridni can load.UPDATE
Ridni is back: https://ridni.org/karta/%D0%B1%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B5
Only 8 in Ukraine. Usually this means that it is either very rare Russian surname or it is not Russian and it is Central Asian / Siberian (etc). I think it can be said that it is different than Swedish surname.
