The spelling looks Hungarian but the name looks Slavic, so it's likely to be from somewhere in the Carpathian region. As a Hungarian name the pronunciation would be something like SHVEERzochkee, stress on the first syllable. For a Slavic name we'd have to see it written in its original language replete with diacritical marks. Polish names are always stressed on the penultimate syllable, Czech and Slovak names on the first syllable, as are Hungarian. Then there's Ukrainian!
