D'Aramitz was the surname of a Gascon abbe named Henri. Henri is largely believed to be the inspiration for Alexandre Dumas' character of Aramis in The Three Musketeers and its subsequent novels.
This sounds like a combination of "D'artagnan" and "Aramis".
Aramitz itself comes from the Basque aran ("valley") and -itz (a locative and collective suffix) giving "place of valleys" or "confluence".
