The late, great Donald Sutherland (1935-2024) was most famous for his roles as President Coriolanus Snow (“Hunger Games” series) & Mr Bennet (2005 “Pride & Prejudice”). His son Kiefer Sutherland (born 1966) is most famous for his role as Jack Bauer in the Fox drama series “24” (2001–2010, 2014).

A famous bearer of this name is Tui T. Sutherland, the author of the amazing book series Wings of Fire. Tui is also part of the Erin Hunter group that wrote Warrior Cats.
