Means "crime" in Icelandic. Glanni Glæpur, or Robbie Rotten as he is called in English, is a fictional character in the Icelandic children's TV-show 'LazyTown' played by Stefán Karl Stefánsson. Glæpur is not used as a surname in Iceland outside of this show.
