Recently the name Henry has grown on me a lot, and I'm quite seriously considering it as a possible name for a future child of mine. However, I'm really struggling to come up with a middle name for it. So I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.

To give you an idea of my naming style, here are a few of my favourite boys' combos:
Joseph Peter
Dominic Peter
Timothy Luke
Anthony Joseph
Edward Christopher
William Kenneth
Daniel James
Oliver Stewart
Samuel Thomas

So as you've probaly guessed from that, my taste tends to be modern classics - I don't really want anything that might date too quickly.

ETA: The one that has just come to mind is Henry David (Thoreau? lol)

Using names already on your list, I think Henry Oliver and Henry Thomas sound very nice.

Henry is probably my favorite boy name right now and it is in tight competition for our baby due in Feb. My favorite Henry combo is Henry Isaac, though I also really like Henry Otis and Henry August.

Henry Isaac is really nice, but the other two aren't my style. I do like Henry Oliver and Henry Thomas though.

I like Henry too, and I might use it one day. My favourite combo is Henry August. I really like some of the other suggestions as well, especially Henry David and Henry Alexander.

Henry Amos is my favorite Henry combo, but I also love Henry Lawrence and Henry Thomas.

Henry James seems to be popular (although it would reveal my obsession with literature, lol).
